Terms of Service

It is important that you read these Terms of Service before placing an order. Once you place an order we will consider that you are bound by these Terms of Service.

Refund & Exchange policy

As our products are sourced for you personally on order we are not able to offer a replacement or exchange of products. All products must be inspected on delivery to confirm that it is the correct product. All our products are inspected and where applicable tested in the UK and on arrival in the destination country. Therefore our products are sold as seen. However, we do allow a grace period if you detect a mechanical or electrical fault with your product. We must be notified of this by email within 14 days which includes the day of delivery.

Our Uganda lead is Peter Odama, who handles payments and delivery to our clients in Uganda.

Shipping

Delivery by air takes 7-14 business days.

If there are delays to your shipment you will be notified by our teams.

Delivery Options – All options will be confirmed with our Uganda lead.

1) Delivery: We offer a delivery service to our clients

2) Pick Up: We also offer a Pick Up service of products from our office.

Payment options: - All chosen payment methods will be arranged through our import agents in Uganda

  1. Upfront Payment

  2. Deposit: 50% advance and 50% balance upon delivery

If a client chooses deposit payment they must pay the balance within 7 days of the product arriving in the destination country. A product will not be released to the client until full payment is received. Until full payment is made the product will belong to Cactus Origin. If payment is not completed within seven days of the product arriving in the destination country Cactus Origin reserves the right to resell the product and deduct an admin fee of 10% to be taken from the deposit.
